What is monthly monitoring?

Monthly monitoring provides professional services to keep track of your home security system. A person will be on call 24/7 to quickly respond to an alert from the system.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract for monthly monitoring?

No. While you do need to sign a contract for monthly monitoring, the services are provided on a month-to-month basis.

How much does monthly monitoring cost?

Monthly monitoring is very affordable for the services and safeguards it provides. You pay $30/month.

Who monitors my security system? Are they local?

The systems we install are monitored by the USA Central Station Alarm Corporation. They are a UL-certified monitoring station based in Milford, Connecticut, and have been monitoring our customers’ security systems for the past 35 years.

What kind of warranty comes with a home security system?

We offer an exclusive 5-year warranty on both parts and labor for the home security systems we install.

How much does an alarm cost?

The cost of a home security system depends on a variety of factors, including how many different types of equipment you want to install and how large your property is. We have systems starting at around $249.

Will a home security system save me money on my homeowner’s insurance?

Yes! A home security system safeguards a property against theft and damage, reducing the possibility that a homeowner will have to make a claim on their policy. Insurance companies reward the policyholder by reducing their premiums, usually by 10 to 22 percent.

Do you have wireless systems?

Yes, we offer both wireless and hardwired home security systems.

If I move, can I take the equipment with me to my next home?

Yes. Once you purchase a home or business security system, it’s yours to keep.  We can remove it from your location and if your next location is in our coverage area, set it up for a small installation fee.
